1. Who We Are

SYS Storage offers secure self-storage services in Emmett, Idaho. Our services include on-site containers, gated RV and boat parking, and contractor storage.

2. Eligibility

To rent a unit, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Acceptable Use of Storage Units

• No living, sleeping, or operating a business from the unit.
• No storage of illegal items, firearms, explosives, or perishables.
• Units must be locked and kept clean by the renter.

4. Access and Security

Access hours are 24 hours. Security features may include gated entry and monitoring, but we do not guarantee against all loss or damage.

5. Insurance

SYS Storage does not provide insurance. You are responsible for insuring your stored items.

6. Payments & Fees

Monthly rent is due on your rental anniversary. Late fees apply after 5 days. No refunds are given for early termination.

7. Termination

Provide 30 days notice before moving out. Clean the unit and remove your lock to avoid fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

SYS Storage is not liable for damage, theft, or loss of items stored at our facility.

9. A2P Messaging Compliance

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding your account or storage unit. Messages are sent via A2P (Application-to-Person) compliant systems. Standard rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
